First you must select which of the worksheets above will be best for your kids. If they’re young, maybe the simpler ones like the colors one or the animals one would be best. If you’re going to be heading through lots of towns and cities then maybe the fast food or buildings worksheet will be best. It’s totally up to you, your family and your plans!

Just task your kids to find everything that they can and see how long it takes them. You might need more than one worksheet to keep them busy for a little while.

Or you could make it more of a group activity that the whole family could take part in, or for your kids to play all together. Everyone has a worksheet, and you all try and look for the things on it together. When someone spots something, they shout and point it out to the group, and then everyone who spots it can tick it off! This one is a really fun collaborative approach that ensures everyone is included.

Or if you have kids that enjoy a more competitive style of games then this would work too. Either kids quietly work on their own worksheets and then shout out when they’re finished.

Alternatively you could play a game with a responsible adult holding the main worksheet, and your kids looking for things on it. When they see something, they shout it out and point at it. This will be marked off on the worksheet and then that player is given a point. At the completion of the worksheet, whoever has the most points wins!
